Ice Skating on Lac la Vonnes

Conditions permitting, the open air ice skating ring at Lac la Vonnes is open daily through the winter season. Located on a frozen lake just below the summit of the pass leading to the Swiss border, the skating rink is served by regular free buses run from the Chatel town centre bus station. Most weekends it offers floodlight sessions accompanied by a full on sound system running through til 10pm. After which you will find a nearby discotheque to continue dancing til the small hours, or catch the bus back to the town centre to test the bars and other nightlife in chatel.
